This role is a key part of Quantexa’s Australian, and global, growth plan. Our PMO team is at the heart of our delivery operation and provides vital inputs across multiple business areas.
You will be joining an established Global PMO team who are constantly looking for opportunities to improve the way we work as a company. As our Senior PMO Analyst in the APAC region you will be responsible for enabling our APAC business operations and supporting our delivery teams in region.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Assign available staff to projects based on their skills and experience
- Work with the Operations Manager and our finance team to model capacity supply and demand
- Support resource fulfilment through coordinating with the talent team and partners to ensure supply meets demand
- Analyse Portfolio, Programme and Project financial data
- Create insightful reports to support management decisions
- Support Regional Delivery Manager in the running of agile projects
- Ensure high quality project data is gathered and maintained
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manage coordination of partner technical resources
- Develop tactical and strategic processes to support the regional and global delivery team
- Maintain RAID log amp; project plans in line with Global PMO policies
- Enable regional growth through strong relationships and transparent communication
- Coordinating completion of regional project reports for monthly submission
Requirements:
- Strong PMO experience or similar
- The ability to partner and work with dispersed teams
- Effectively deal with difficult and challenging situations
- Strategic and analytical thinker who can transition between strategy and detail conversations when required
- Comfortable with a fast-paced scale-up organisation
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in an agile project environment
- A proven consultative approach for advising and being credible with stakeholders
- Not afraid of ‘rolling up their sleeves’ and getting involve
