Senior Sales Administrator - Place Sunnybank

With customer-centric, competitive services front of mind for the Place Sunnybank team, it is imperative for them to place a skilled real estate professional in the position of Senior Sales Administrator. Reporting to the business Directors, you will bring confidence in managing the administration portion of a real estate sales campaign as well as the desire to lead and manage others to work towards common goals.

The successful candidate will be expected to design and implement procedures in an everchanging industry that comply with relevant legislation whilst working for our salespeople, rather than against.

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm reporting into the Directors and leading a small team.

This is a varied role with aspects of:

• Administrative support (marketing and compliance focus) for a growing sales team;
• Assisting the Directors with the recruitment of staff as well as initial and ongoing training;
• Coordination and execution of business improvement projects;
• Hands on client communication to ensure a five-star experience; and
• General administrative tasks to support team members and business leaders.

Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. A successful candidate will bring to the table:

• Previous experience in real estate administration (3 Years+);
• A sound knowledge of goal setting, sales targets and budgeting;
• Proven experience managing others/a small team;
• Confidence to develop and implement new processes for the betterment of Place; and
• Knowledge of the local Sunnybank market (advantageous).
