Due to our expansion, we’re seeking a Junior Payroll Educator to join our Australian team. You will work with Payroll Specialists and Product Owners to build training content for our clients to educate them on changes to features and new features developed. Your number one focus is to ensure that Employment Hero customers, partners and internal stakeholders have the knowledge they need to be able to proficiently operate and administer our software.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and support all Payroll documented content
- Educate clients on Payroll best practice using the EH platform
- Assist with troubleshooting client queries, and coordinate with internal teams for successful client outcomes
- Passionate about embracing new amp; existing technologies
- Help to build and continually improve Payroll documentation to improve the way we provide services, both for our customers and for our internal teams
Requirements
- 1 year+ experience in payroll processing
- Have knowledge of current legislative Australian payroll requirements
- Problem solver and easily adapts to changing priorities
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of different payroll systems (bonus)
