Job Description

Rentokil Initial currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager to join our Rockhampton team. Reporting to the Business Manager you will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced amp; changing environment.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will maintain and increase Rentokil Initial sales and customer retention by promoting and selling Rentokil Initials Products and services. This role is also responsible for effectively day to day, leading and developing the customer service teams and internal sales to provide a high level of service to satisfy internal and external customers.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Supervising, leading and developing the customer service team
  • Complete training with all staff on all technical issues, systems and processes
  • Delegate enquiries and proactively resolve client issues efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Provide training on monitoring Service Technician's productivity
  • Effectively manage and train Service Technicians to plan their work to receive optimum productivity
  • Identify and follow up customer complaints and manage client contracts which are in jeopardy in a timely manner
  • Collect relevant data from quality assurance customer calls, monitor trends, identify solutions and drive forward improvements
  • Handling all paperwork and administration related to servicing activities
  • Provide reports on call statistics, production, monthly statistics and internal sales/conversions
  • Analysis of monthly customer service reports and KPI's to ensure the team are reaching their targets;
  • Analyse working procedures and seek to improve systems and service

Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role
  • Exceptional written amp; verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Versatility to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant experience within a call centre

The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment medical and background checks.
