Exciting Opportunity available for 7 x Customer Solutions Officers.
We are currently looking to expand the highly successful First Contact Resolution team to accommodate forecasted workloads. This team sits within the Correspondence space and primarily focuses on achieving daily KPI workload whilst actively contacting our customers to gather the vital pieces of missing information empowering you to finalise requests in one interaction They also take inbound and outbound calls assisting the Contact Centre, making this team our most versatile and multi-skilled.

What will be the process?
