Job Description

Collaborate with our growing marketing team and other passionate professionals around the business to drive new business and support a great client experience. This newly created, permanent full-time opportunity reports to our Director of Marketing amp; Communications and has been developed to increase our marketing automation and campaign capability as we expand into new markets. We’re on the look-out for Melbourne’s best talent to join us through this exciting period of growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating, building and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on email marketing and CRM strategies
  • Managing data, workflows and segmentation within our CRM system (HubSpot) to support targeted communications
  • Implementing ‘test and learn’ processes across CRM initiatives to optimise campaign performance
  • Extracting and analysing data to create campaign reports and strategic recommendations that drive engagement, growth and sales
  • Championing our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to increase internal engagement and maintain a positive client experience

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

  • 2-3 years experience in acquisition, engagement and retention automation campaigns, including multi-channel campaigns, within a marketing automation system
  • Advanced CRM and workflow automation skills (preferably in HubSpot)
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and reporting on key analytics
