About The Role

The purpose of this role is to proactively monitor the Civica internal and customer infrastructure to ensure a highly available, stable and high- performance platform. You will also implement complex networks and servers within hosting environments, and provide specialist advice/support to our L1/L2 teams.

Responsibilities

  • Systems administration across MS Exchange/AD/Citrix/Clustered SAN environments
  • Operations analysis of our switches, F/Walls and Routers
  • Proactive infrastructure monitoring across a wide variety of systems
  • Work with our support teams to respond to service requests and incidents

About You

Ideally you have experience working in a service provider/vendor type environment as this role supports both Civica and our customer environments.

You’ll be process driven, great with troubleshooting, updating documentation, customer focussed and have a genuine desire to lift the skill level of the teams who support our systems. As for the tech stack check out the list below for some of the things we’d expect you to have at least 2 years experience with:

  • Citrix ADC/XenApps
  • Azure and AWS Admin
  • SAN administration
  • MS Hyper V
  • MS Server admin (think Exchange, AD, DNS, Group Policy)
  • VMWare
  • Hyperconverged Server config (VxRail, Cisco)
