About the Role

You will be responsible for managing some of our biggest and most exciting partnerships, identifying new talent to onboard onto our beauty brands team. You will lead best in class influencer collaboration and marketing campaign execution as we continue to grow our own beauty brands in Australia.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing some of the biggest influencer accounts amp; building our influencer strategy
  • Researching and identifying new global talent through understanding of the market and potential opportunities.
  • Leading outreach to potential new influencers, managing the terms and deliverables negotiations and owning the full end to end relationship once onboarded
  • Liaising with external agencies and management companies in regards to talent
  • Working closely the wider digital marketing team to ensure a seamless execution of each partnership
  • Utilising our internal network of native influencer managers to ensure we create relevant and localised strategies.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ in influencer marketing management, ideally within the world of beauty and cosmetics
  • Working knowledge of various social media platforms e.g Instagram, TikTok etc
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability and interest in keeping up to date with current industry trends and topics, able to identify new opportunities across the influencer marketing channel
