ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Group Manager Data and Analytics, this role will be responsible for developing a suite of new reports in Power BI for senior and executive leaders within our business. Experience with Power BI and DAX will be critical to your success and you will play a key role in making sure our data is in the hands of the right users. This is a 12 month contract role, based in Adelaide.
On top of this core focus, you will also be involved in data warehouse design and development, integration to reservation systems and other business intelligence tasks which support our ‘business as usual’ processes.
ABOUT YOU

- Analytical mindset, able to dig through mountains of data to find pearls of wisdom.
- Experience in a data focused role, university qualifications or similar.
- Strong capability with Power BI and DAX.
- Proficient with SQL and the Microsoft business intelligence stack (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
- Comfortable writing complex T-SQL queries including procedures and views.
If you have the following skills that would be an added bonus:
- Microsoft Certifications (MCSA/MCSE equivalent or similar) in data analytics, database development and reporting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps including build and release pipelines and task boards.
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
