Job Description

MyDeal.com.au is a leading online marketplace that focuses on supplying everything for your home (furniture, homewares, garden products, appliances and more). As an online marketplace, we connect our customers with over 1 million products sold by many leading Australian retailers.

We are currently seeking a versatile individual for the role of Seller Onboarding and Integrations Officer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide direct support to onboard sellers on MyDeal. You are to assist and collect required information, and conduct relevant verifications to complete the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist sellers to list their products on MyDeal platform by providing hands-on support and technical guidance via email or call
  • Assist sellers to meet data integrity and quality as per MyDeal’s requirements
  • Coordinate with MyDeal Sales Department to manage a smooth onboarding pipeline
  • Work with 3rd party marketplace integrators to successfully onboard sellers on MyDeal
  • Troubleshoot bugs/errors on MyDeal platform and general seller issues during onboarding process
  • Work extensively with spreadsheets in various formats (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel)

Requirements

  • University Degree qualified
  • High analytical and possess great attention to detail
  • Ability to diagnose and provide solutions to ad hoc issues
  • Have excellent communication skills - advanced English skills (verbal and written) are a must
  • Possess advanced data entry skills with Microsoft Excel - should be fast and comfortable with various Excel functions
  • Tech savvy and experienced with CRM/CMS systems
  • Familiar with general operations in the eCommerce industry
  • Understand the basics of API integrations and technical requirements surrounding eCommerce
  • Experienced with API testing tool such as Postman / SoapUI
  • Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
