The purpose of the Product Intelligence Intern is to work with the Product Intelligence team to support the Sales, Broker Support as well as Product Engineering teams and play a vital role in the business by keeping Valiant’s platform up to date and providing product insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Responsible for the data hygiene in Salesforce by ensuring the timely capture, audit and accuracy of data.
  • Plays a vital role in ensuring and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders for the processing and auditing of product information and change requests
  • Driving the process of updating products and supplying accurate reporting such as the time between each stage.
  • Support the Product Intelligence team in its capacity by providing ongoing feedback to peers and improve the function’s processes.
  • Liaising with our partners to ensure the data integrity and trustworthiness of all products in Salesforce. Analysing product guides, matrices and other documentation.
  • Ensuring that the Product Intelligence function is adopted by external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and responding cross-channel communication

Academic or trade qualifications

Required:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Education, Business, Economics, Data science, IT).
