Our Change Manager will be pivotal to ensuring projects and change initiatives meet time and budget objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, positions and organisation structures. As part of our cohesive and collaborative People amp; Culture team, you will drive improvements that will increase benefit realisation, value creation and the achievement of outcomes.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in leading the change process of significant technology transformation across an organisation from the beginning to end of a project.
A proven capacity to set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to critical deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to establish relationships and engage with stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications and a commitment to continuous learning.
Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills.
