Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administration / Invoicing Officer to join our team and work out of our Port of Brisbane facility.
ACFS is the largest privately owned container logistics operator in Australia.
ACFS sites are strategically positioned with close proximity to all major ports. These locations ensure that our operations have dynamic and efficient access to wharf terminals. We have dedicated sites in development for Western Sydney and Melbourne and a committed Go West strategy that will allow us to expand our operations. These sites will provide additional service benefits for our clientele across the geographic metropolitan areas.
The Administration / Invoicing Officer will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client
- Invoicing Key Customer Accounts
- Ensure you receive and supply to allocations the appropriate documentation to allow on time delivery
- Data entry for allocations and invoices
- Provide high levels of customer service ensuring the expectations of both internal and external customers are satisfied at all times.
- Reconciliation against System Data Information
- Experience working in the logistics industry
- Maximas System knowledge highly regarded
- Strong Excel skills
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to build and develop strong working relationships
- Strong computer literacy
- Work in a team environment
