Northern Star Resources is the global gold growth company, with three large, high margin production centres exclusively in the tier one locations of Western Australia and Alaska, USA. Northern Star has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an HSEC Manager at our world-class Kalgoorlie Operation. This is a permanent full-time residential opportunity based in the Goldfields.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Working a 5:2/4:3 roster, this residential position will see the successful candidate partner closely with the senior managers of the business to offer support and advice in the attraction and pipelining of top talent. This is an end to end recruitment position working on roles across a range of portfolios including both open pit and underground mining, geology, processing and health and safety. Sourcing through multiple channels in order to recruit and engage top talent whilst always providing excellent candidate management is also critical to the success of this position.
