Due to the rapid growth in our Brisbane region, we are hiring an experienced Customer focused Director for Professional Services to ensure high quality delivery in line with agreed commercial outcomes and to focus on net new growth, customer growth and continuity in accounts for their customer, region, or segment. This is achieved through the expertise that the role brings to the strategic discussions. You will be accountable for the success of our professional services business providing delivery, people, demand planning, customer partnering and commercial management leadership across Versent engagements within customer accounts.
Further to this, you will be accountable for overall Versent customer outcomes across Professional Services, Managed Services and partners, depending on the solution required.
You will also be the key escalation point for any issues requiring senior input or resolution.
