Come join our collaborative and innovative PropTech company, propella.ai. This newly created, permanent full-time opportunity reports to propella.ai's Director of Sales amp; Property working closely with leaders across the property industry. BlueRock is recruiting for this rapidly growing business looking for Melbourne’s best talent to join the team through this exciting period of growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Meeting with Australia’s leading property companies and different levels of government to understand their needs across different property sectors (e.g. office, residential, retail, infrastructure etc)
- Developing and agreeing the scope of works and key milestone dates
- Contributing to identification of key market opportunities and participating in teamwork that leads to further PropTech innovation
- Working closesly with propella.ai’s data analysts on delivering the client’s objectives
- Regular meetings with propella’s Operations Manager to monitor progress and provide further strategic direction on the project
- Joining the Director of Sales amp; Property to help present key insights on the most exciting property projects in the country

propella.ai is a geo-spatial analytics company that uses advanced analytics and artificial intelligence coupled with big data, to generate insights that inform key property decisions for Australia’s leading property companies.
This role will support propella.ai's strategic business growth working closely with our Director of Sales amp; Property in securing new projects, managing project delivery, presenting to external property clients and also working closely with a team of clever internal data scientists in one of Australia’s leading geo-spatial PropTech companies.
Working with clients such as Charter Hall, Mirvac, ISPT, Development Victoria and Lend Lease, you'll be playing an integral role using propella.ai’s industry leading technology in highest amp; best use analysis, psychographic amp; demographic profiling, people movement analysis and forecasting to help our clients make better informed decisions on some of Australia’s largest and most complex property projects.
Requirements
We want to hear from people who have:
- 1 or more years’ experience in valuations, feasibility modelling, research, finance or other analytical roles within the property industry
- Bachelor's degree in Property
- Exposure to preparing and writing property reports
