We’re looking for a high performing Head of Sales amp; Partnerships to take Brighte to the next level. Reporting to the CMO/CRO the Head of Sales amp; Partnerships will be responsible for teams that look after new business development as well as relationship management. We are looking for an incredible people leader who can help coach and mentor a high performing sales team. We are passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and are looking to scale a culture of high performance and customer centricity.

What you'll do
  • Identify key milestones to reach hyper growth and lead the team to execute against these milestones.
  • Work closely with CEO and Chief Revenue Officer on creating and executing an effective sales strategy.
  • Lead a partnerships strategy tasked with establishing new partnerships and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients, market segment, competition, regulatory environment and emerging trends within the industry.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, vision and direction for the sales team.
  • Understand solution selling at the point of sale and be able to coach/manage a high performing sales team and our partners on using those core strategies amp; competencies.
  • Establish policies, processes and procedures that will ensure revenue growth.
  • Roll up your sleeves and jump on big deals when the team needs a bit of help.
  • Responsible for selling to prospective national partners in addition to managing and guiding the performance of the entire sales team.
  • Communicate closely with marketing, product management amp; corporate development teams to create strategies and drive sales.
  • Develop key metrics to drive the performance of the sales team.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis.
  • Foster a team culture, that is accountable for targets and has a lot of fun.
Who you are
  • Passion for personally selling complex solutions.
  • Enthusiasm and experience defining key metrics and driving accountability.
  • You've built high performing teams, understand how to recruit for amazing talent and can develop individuals to help them achieve professional growth.
  • You are comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
  • You've demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
  • 10+ years of successful financial services sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
  • A proven track record of growing sales, profitability and developing new business in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed with a passion to succeed.
  • A flexible and creative, out of the box thinker.
  • Must be experienced in excel and ability to understand financial models for commissions and forecasting purposes.
  • Experience working Salesforce.
