Job Description

Summary

A varied role from owning employee experience, day to day running of our office, internal and external events and some brand awareness campaigns. Designing and maintaining a seamless workspace that delights, welcomes, connects and excites our team, ultimately creating a sense of community and an enjoyable place to work for our team in the office and remote. Creating opportunities for Simply Wall St that drive brand awareness.

What you’ll do

This role has the opportunity to get involved I multiple from

  • Brand Marketing: You have the space to be creative. Manage our social media platforms, create video content, manage our social media platform, sponsor influencers etc.
  • Office Management: Take ownership of all the things that keep our office running such as our weekly grocery orders, cleaners, plant maintenance, internet etc.
  • Event Management: Coordinating our internal and external events - annual company retreat, weekly meetings, quarterly events, hackathons, and external branded events.
  • People Operations amp; Administration: Working with the People team to ensure the smooth delivery of employee engagement initiatives and manage Pamp;C documentation.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding and offboarding process, SWAG and asset ordering, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional experience.

  • You're a people person. You'll drive employee engagement, team collaboration, and culture initiatives, so you'll need to build strong relationships with everyone in the team to help us scale our unique culture!
  • Creative amp; Tech-savvy: You keep up to date with the latest trends in technology and get excited about creating brand awareness campaigns for the business.
  • Organised: You can juggle multiple projects. You have a love for planning, curating and delivering office experiences. You're excellent at context switching and are happy to get your hands dirty!
  • Positive amp; resilient mindset. The right attitude towards a sense of urgency, risk, and uncertainty about the future that comes with working at an early-stage startup.
