Catch is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding occurring virtually due to COVID-19. All new Catch members, along with our current employees, are temporarily working remotely from home until it is safe to return to our offices.
About this role
Our Salesforce Operations team is growing and we require a Business Analyst to join our team, this is a pivotal role for our team where you’ll drive a lot of impact. On a day to day you’ll liaise closely with the product managers and business to convert high level product to software that can be used by software developers and testers. We’re looking for someone to be able to understand the goals of the business and have the knack to break these down into manageable and measurable results. You’ll support product, engineering and business teams to deliver across the organisations product roadmap, balancing the delivery of those items with maintenance requests around the product.
Key to your success is your ability to be adaptable and understand the need to adapt in a fast-paced environment that’s always changing. You will be a natural at helping to drive outcomes and be an expert communicator who collaborates across our technical teams
Requirements
- Conduct interviews and workshops to gather, analyze and articulate business requirements.
- Map, document and articulate current state of processes for the purpose of analysis and re-design.
- Redesign, document and articulate processes in line with the delivered Salesforce solution.
- Lead operationalization efforts through creation of user documentation and facilitating training efforts.
- Plan and facilitate sprint showcases, assist with sprint planning and prioritization.
- Work closely with quality assurance resources in planning test cases and co-ordinate test efforts. Support QA when needed with UAT.
What you'll bring in this role
- You’ll be a seasoned Business Analyst with a proven track record of successful project delivery of 5 + years experience (prior experience in large, complex and
- Previous experience working as a BA within large programs of work, with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- At least 2 years experience within a Salesforce Program with functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce (Platform, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud,Pardot).
- Demonstrated ability to successfully map functional requirements to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Agile environment experience, working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira amp; Confluence)
- At least one or more of the following Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant.
- You’ll have strong decision making and influencing skills with ability to influence at all levels in the organisation and to facilitate meetings/workshops as necessary to achieve business objectives (Retail ecommerce is preferred)
