About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for .NET Developers to join our Justice Services business unit. We're at the pointy end of a sizable client project and need solid coders to deliver as per the specifications and designs. With an immediate start, this is a fixed term contract till end of November 2021. There's always potential to secure on-going work within the Civica family.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain variety of applications.
- Develop and maintain code to a high standard and always strive to include automated unit and integration testing, as applicable.
- Ensure coding development meets quality amp; technical standards.
- Comply with Civica’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Conform to Civica’s Secure Software Development Lifecycle implementing security best practice.
Requirements
About You
- You must be an Australian Permanent Resident at a minimum and be able to start next week.
- You need to have a couple of years of commercial coding experience under your belt.
- .Net/ C#, ASP.NET, SQL
- Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, XML, JSON, MVC.
- Unit testing framework (XUnit/ NUnit/ MSTest/ JUnit)
- Client-side JS Framework (React, JQuery, Knockout, Less, etc)
- Experience with responsive web development in Twitter Bootstrap or similar
- Experience with SQL server (2012 and later).
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
