This role has clear progression for you to grow into a fully-fledged recruitment consultant and would be ideal for an individual looking to start a career in recruitment or an experienced Delivery Consultant who is looking to grow their recruitment career in the lucrative tech sector!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a strong talent pool of candidates within the devops space
- Headhunt to identify and attract outstanding candidates
- Creative sourcing methods to attract top talent
- Source leads and potential new business for Senior Consultants
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR
- Demonstrate resilience, an outstanding work ethic and a driven ambitious determined and competitive mind-set
- Strong team player, working closely within the Devops team to ensure smoothly running business
- Possess some face to face or telesales experience (call centre, B2B, B2C, Customer led environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication amp; attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Delivery Consultant/Candidate Manager desirable, however not essential.
- Drive and passion to be successful
