Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Content Coordinator to join InnoWell’s expanding team.

About InnoWell

InnoWell delivers digital health solutions to promote mental fitness and ensure that people receive the right care at the right time to support their mental health and wellbeing. We bring together research, commercial insights, digital innovation, and people with lived experience to create the foundation for a better mental health system.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

This is a new role in a health-tech company, which means it requires the ability to thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, and creatively but safely push boundaries.

As the Content Coordinator, your role will be focused on two primary goals:


1. Establishing the InnoWell brand on social media sites
2. Identifying potential strategic content partners to be incorporated into the InnoWell platform.

To achieve these goals you will:


• Work with the Head of Product and Chief Digital Officer to develop a Content Project Plan focused on building brand awareness on social media sites, primarily LinkedIn
• Establish a content calendar and strategic framework for when and why we publish content
• Monitor and report on how different types of content perform
• Identify potential strategic content partners (industry experts, blogs, podcasts, etc.) based on InnoWell product strategy and how the content supports our mission and brand
• Build relationships with content partners from initial conversation through to execution
• Work with the Product team and vendors to ensure the content can be integrated into the InnoWell platform in line with the Product Roadmap and timeframes.
• Work with the Customer team to understand customer feedback and turn the feedback into content ideas and solutions.
• Oversee commissioning, publishing and editing of content that is used on the InnoWell platform



This is a full timeposition based in our Sydney office.

The successful applicant will have:


• 3+ years experience project managing, coordinating and sourcing digital content, ideally in the mental health or wellness space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience building strategic partnerships
• Copywriting experience is an added bonus
