About the Role
As the Training Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Central Services BU. Reporting into the Service Centre Manager, you will partner with Leadership to support facilitating training as well as curating new material and training modules. This role can be performed from any location in Australia.
Responsibilities
This individual would be responsible for:
- Work with contributors to design training and development programs based on the needs of the organisation, products and the individual
- Provide governance, cadence and processes to implement program
- Develop analytic metrics to assess effectiveness of training programs and implement changes when ineffective or to enhance
- Responsible for the overall ownership of the capabilities Matrix
- Provide training on the use of the Knowledge management System
- Be responsible for final review of all knowledge articles
- Review and maintain data
- Report on Knowledge management, including creation, use and age.
About You
Your background will be in training, in addition you may have other experience which includes, resource or project coordination or even inside sales.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills and advanced interpersonal attributes.
- Strong organisation skills and structured operational style
- Ability to review and implement improvements to training content.
- Ability to review and revise Knowledge articles and documentation
- High attention to detail and process driven.
- Problem analysis identify issues and analyse information
- Sound or solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
