The opportunity

Due to continued successes and an ambitious growth plan, Frazer-Nash are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Australian business.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working with senior stakeholders across the business and, supported by our UK based recruitment team, will lead on the full recruitment life cycle to provide a world class candidate experience.

You will have responsibility for the 360-degree recruitment process and administration activities for Frazer-Nash’s Australian offices.

Key tasks will include, however, will not be limited to:

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle including, but not limited to, initial hiring manager briefing, role posting, application reviews, pre-screening, interview management, collating candidate feedback, offer negotiations.
  • Working with key stakeholders to assist with recruitment strategy and planning.
  • Creating eye-catching job adverts for all vacancies to go on the company website and other job boards, ensuring the company brand is applied.
  • Manage external relationships with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all hiring managers and external parties involved in the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the UK based Recruitment team to align processes.
  • Track pipeline activity and keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date.
  • Drive efficiency by reducing recruitment costs and time to hire.
  • Sourcing high calibre candidates via job board searching.
  • Responsible for arranging and tracking visa applications.
  • Communicate with recruitment agencies providing information on progress throughout the interview process.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to all candidates with feedback on their applications.

Requirements

The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Experience managing a full cycle, 360-degree recruitment process (ideally within the engineering industry or a consultancy environment).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent experience with candidate sourcing techniques ranging from Boolean searches to Headhunting.
  • Strong administration skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and demanding, and structure/process may not be apparent.
  • An integral collaborator who cares about contributing to the culture and incorporating the values of the company.
  • Ability to handle work of a sensitive and confidential nature.


It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements:

  • Experience in Recruiting within an Engineering or Consultancy environment.
  • Good standard of competence in Microsoft packages and general computer skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Ideally have previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ideally Workable.
