Our Client amp; Partnerships division is growing rapidly and we’re on the hunt for a vibrant and enthusiastic Account Coordinator with 1 - 2 years’ agency experience to join us at this exciting time. Your main focus will be to support the day-to-day management of a global client under the guidance of a Client Partner and Director.

- You are an organised person with strong attention to detail and impeccable communication skills, written and spoken.
- Can handle communicating with multiple clients in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
- You are a born collaborator and thrive in an environment that requires you to engage with people at all levels
- You don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to deliver successful outcomes for your team and clients.

Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Customer service person with a can-do attitude, self-motivated and driven
- Comfortable with supporting client workshops, daily communication, presentations and additional client interactions
- Experience working in a similar role or in a start-up environment
- Bonus if you have Partner or Vendor management experience
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- High level of detail, flexibility, time management and accuracy
- Well organised and able to prioritise many competing tasks
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
