We are an award winning, digital growth consultancy looking for a hungry, fast-moving individual to join our team. We exist for one reason - to help our clients drive growth. We are looking for quick thinking, fast-paced, driven individuals to join our team.
As an agency we have embraced a Remote First culture, which means you can join the team from anywhere within Australia. Our head office is located in Sydney but it is no longer a requirement to work there, unless you would like to! All we ask is work during the same hours as our team (we use Zoom, Asana and Slack to communicate).
Requirements
We are looking for a PPC/SEM/Google Ads gun with experience in Scaling campaigns for performance, who's looking to entrench themselves in Digital Marketing and kick their career into top gear.
The role requires the successful candidate to:
- Haveat least 2 years experience in hands-on setup amp; campaign management in Google Ads.
- Know the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads interface back-to-front and be able to navigate effectively between key reports.
- Devise PPC strategy across channel, identifying opportunities for Search, Display, YouTube and Programmatic.
- A Performance mindset, with an understanding on how to drive strategy and campaigns to achieve conversion-focused goals.
- Have an analytical mind, able to identify key insights and opportunities from performance data.
- Be personable amp; enjoy building relationships with clients. To become entrenched in their business so we grow with them.
Secondary to the core skills above, experience in any of the below will be a plus!

As part of this role you will:
- Be the principal point of contact for a portfolio of clients, with the aim of implementing clients requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.
- Educate clients on our strategies and tactics.
- Keep abreast of changes and identify opportunities within the online marketing industry for the benefit of both Webprofits and their clients.
- Work as part of a team of Paid Search, PPC experts who are focused on being the very best Growth Marketers in the world.
You will be working directly with clients, managing their online marketing campaigns from inception and working with them to improve their leads and sales. All this work will focus on driving the maximum number of conversions at the lowest acquisition cost within a defined budget.
