About the role
This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who develops positive working relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure consistently a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
To be qualified for this position, ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, or your background and skills will comprise of the following:
On a daily basis, you will be challenged with variety of tasks including;
- Replicating and resolving reported technical problems, utilising all available tools, within agreed time frames
- Escalating unresolved technical problems
- Documenting reported problems and resolutions on our internal systems
- Monitoring global escalations and identify problems that could impact the local operation
- Creating and distribute technical support documentation
- Identify, develop and implement product improvement initiatives
- Assisting with managing technical product evaluation and launch activities
- Assisting other departments with technical questions, e.g. tenders etc.
- Degree qualification in related IT field or equivalent relevant industry experience.
