Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the sale of Isuzu Ute, Subaru, Kia, Mitsubishi, Jeep and Volkswagen.
Our 4 dealerships located in North Brisbane are high performing sites which continue to show impressive growth. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Consultant to join our Rothwell dealership with a focus on selling the Isuzu Ute Brand. In joining the Keystar team, the successful candidate will be part of an exciting team culture that is build around trust, collaboration, high performance and providing high levels of customer satisfaction to our valued customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating excitement and passion around the Isuzu Ute product
- Ensuring that your monthly KPI's are achieved
- Identifying our customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge to our customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brand, it’s products and services
- Partnering with the Wholesale Manager, Business Managers and Aftermarket Consultants to ensure that out customers are offered the most exceptional customer experience.
To be successful, you will need to fulfill the following requirements
- Prior Automotive Sales Experience preferable with the Isuzu brand or 4WD's.
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Willingness to help our customer purchase a vehicle that meets their needs for work, towing etc
- Ideally be an out of the box thinker and passionate about delivering results
- Professional, hungry and motivated to succeed
- Prepared to push the boundaries beyond the set KPI's
- Have the ability to be autonomous whilst working within Company guidelines
- Have a positive and ambitious mind-set with a willingness to achieve results
- Have the ability to build trusting and long lasting relationships with customers and team members
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current QLD Sales Licence
