The Datacom Connect business provides front line contact centre services and technical solutions to our clients. Our vision is to design and deliver meaningful, efficient, and effective customer interactions, putting us at the cutting edge of service delivery and CX.

The Datacom Customer Experience Platform (CXP) business unit provides quality ‘end to end’ contact centre technology solutions delivered as a managed service. We consult, establish, and maintain our Client contact centre technologies allowing them to deliver on their customer priorities.

* This is an initial 6 month contract role with a competitive daily rate on offer!

What You'll Do

  • Support implementations and migrations of clients from various telephony platforms to Genesys Cloud
  • Support implementations of supplementary project work across existing Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud engagements
  • Working with various 3rd party technology vendors and partners as part of migration projects, including scoping and completion of integrations, telco provisioning etc
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and engagements, in line with customer expectations


What You'll Bring

  • At least 5 years’ experience implementing, supporting and/or administering contact centre solutions, preferably the Genesys PureConnect and Purecloud applications, ideally in a service provider environment;
  • Exposure to or working knowledge of networking and unified communications highly desirable;
  • Genesys ICCS or ICCE certification (or equivalent) essential
  • Genesys GCA or GCP certification is well regarded
  • Audiocodes or Oracle SBC certification is well regarded;
