As the Presales Solution Architect, you will provide sales support and solution design for blueAPACHE's services solution portfolio and key vendor partners. Working closely with our NSW Sales team, you will attend customer meetings, understand business problems and drivers, effectively qualify and gather technical and functional requirements, develop solutions in conjunction with our technical SME’s, support proposals and RFP responses, present and articulate the value of the proposed solutions back to stakeholders, and ultimately assist in driving success through the sales cycle.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a Presales or Sales Engineer with experience in an IT Managed Services environment. You have a strong technical background having progressed through Systems Engineering into pre-sales support, and are comfortable consulting with senior-level client personnel. You will be required to achieve and maintain technical sales certifications across our key vendor partners (HPE, Aruba, Microsoft, Citrix, Palo Alto, Trend Micro, Veeam and Rapid 7).
