We are searching for superstar IT graduates who are based in Orange or surrounding areas to join our Customer Support Team as a Graduate TechnicalSupport Analyst. You will be someone who thrives on helping customers solve their technical issues, and loves to problem solve while working in a fact paced environment. Our software is MS SQL server based, we use our own mapping DB creation software and various techniques to create extraction and staging layers, and our help desk software is Jira (Atlasssian).
During the 24 month paid program, you will get real hands on exposure and experience across a myriad of scenarios, customers and responsibilities. In return for your hard work and fresh insights, we'll provide you with the ability to accelerate your development, have incremental pay increases, and also provide you with the support and guidance you are looking for to take your career in the direction you choose.
Requirements
While the successful applicant will not necessarily need industry or BI experience, strong customer engagement skills are essential. It would also be advantageous if you have some knowledge on SQL, data points integration, databases and/or data analytics from subjects undertaken as part of your course. You will need to be comfortable working remotely across client sites, and be willing to work closely with our USA and UK offices.
