About Us
Seer is developing technology to revolutionise the diagnosis and management of neurological conditions, with a special focus on epilepsy. Our mission is to deliver deep personalised clinical insights and advance patient experience with leading-edge technology.
Our technology consists of wearable devices, a cloud platform and machine learning systems. These systems are at the core of our at-home video-EEG-ECG monitoring and diagnostic technology - the first of its kind. Seer has already made a big impact across Australia over the last three years and is now building for international expansion.
About The Role
We are looking for a product application specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating material and tools to educate prospective and current customers on the products offered by Seer. You will develop multifaceted modern learning and support solutions, and train Seer staff to use them; examples include instructor-led training, online educational programs and customer knowledge base. This is key to the success of the implementation and use of Seer products in the clinic.
You will play a critical role in the Product Assurance team: effective dissipation of key information will result in high levels of customer confidence, the best use of Seer’s products and fewer downstream issues such as support calls and customer churn.
You will coordinate, or directly provide, product training, training material and lesson plans for other trainers. During training, you will answer support requests for customers that have questions or need technical support for products. Most duties will be carried out during the day, though the position requires your schedule to be flexible, as it may occasionally include evenings or early mornings to cater for our global footprint.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time and people management skills and be able to act without guidance. You should be the type of person who loves solving problems, and have a keen interest in medical technology, machine learning and electronics. You’ll play a crucial role in the development and release of ground-breaking technology, and be at the forefront of epilepsy diagnostic innovation internationally.
