About the Role
As Cloud Platform Specialist you’ll be primarily responsible for delivering post-sales activity for the Amazon-Web-Services (AWS) and Microsoft-Azure platform and will be involved in architecting, developing and delivering managed services relating to the AWS/ Azure platform and associated services (be they IaaS, PaaS or other). You will be driving advanced and automated Cloud Managed Services products development, through DevOps and Agile.
You will have the opportunity to combine your excellent technical knowledge, your desire to continue learning and your great people skills in this role.
What you’ll do
Some of your day to day duties will include delivering technical solutions for clients utilising the AWS/ Azure platform, managing operational AWS/ Azure environments, and providing technical solutions with a focus on automation whilst ensuring strong relationships with our clients.
As Cloud Platform Specialist, you will have experience with the following toolsets and methodologies:
- AWS/ Azure Certification Professional level
- DevOps amp; Automation
- CI/ CD methodologies
- Agile
What you’ll bring
This is an excellent role for a people person who is passionate about new technologies and producing excellent solutions for our client needs. You’ll already have 10 years IT experience and will be able to talk to us about how you’ve grown and kept up to date with the latest and greatest over that time. You will have knowledge of enterprise datacentre technologies and automation technologies. Ideally you will have technical leadership experience or qualities to really shine in this role.
We are keen to hear about your proven technical track record in delivery of complex hybrid cloud and or public cloud delivery. Your relationship building and communication skills will be a strength.
