Job Description
What you’ll be doing
Catch is looking for an Employee Experience and Reporting Manager who is passionate about teamwork, innovation, and all things relating to our Catch team members. You’ll help to shape and build an amazing employee experience, from strategy to execution. You’ll lead our strategic and operational people projects and initiatives that will help us to scale and mature our people practices and processes.
You’ll understand the merging world’s of People Operations, Systems amp; Automation, and Reporting. And you’ll confidentially navigate your way through them all.
Working as part of the People amp; Culture team, your focus will split across:
- Leading and coaching the People Operations team (including Payroll and HR Operations)
- Shaping a strategy that supports growth and Continuous Improvement
- Owning and embedding our HR systems (SuccessFactors, Culture Amp, etc)
- Managing Catch’s cyclical programs such as Talent Engagement and Performance
- Driving continued automation and process improvements to enhance the employee experience
- Establishing and embedding people metrics and reporting

Requirements
The skills required that we’re looking for
- You’ll be an experienced HR professional who has built, and matured people practices in a high growth, fast paced environment
- You’ll have worked with a business to develop policies that are relatable and relevant to employees, reviewed current state processes and designed new processes with a future outlook and bring a continuous improvement mindset.
- You’ll bring with you strong systems and reporting experience, preferably experience with Success factors. I’ve you’ve been involved in an HRIS implementation then that’s a bonus!
- You’ll know how to establish reporting and people metrics from a foundational state
- You’ll have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong business partnering with a range of stakeholders of all levels
