Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer: Flexible Independent Contractor Role

We’re currently looking for corporate and commercial lawyers to join our team as either independent contractors.

You can choose when you work, the volume of jobs and the type of work you do. We’ll set you up with all our online project management systems and workflow automations, so all you need to do is work with the end client to deliver their fixed-fee projects.

Requirements

Role requirements:

• Independent contractor: Set up as a law firm with your own insurance.

Key skills:

• Personable, with experience working directly with clients
• Tech-savvy, able to operate our technology platforms
• Commercial or corporate law experience, across anything from general commercial contracts, to startup capital raising, commercial leases and employment law.
