Curio seeks a Recruitment Officer / People and Culture coordinator to support our ongoing growth.

Requirements

Key accountabilities include

  • Contribute to the recruitment of talented people across our various business lines and services
  • Onboard new people into our system, processes and ways of working
  • Work closely with the business to define resourcing needs efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare reports and analysis

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong alignment to our values and culture
  • Previous experience in end to end recruitment
  • Experience in an education environment would be an advantage (university, TAFE, school)
  • Customer service focused, mindful and an administration superstar
  • A self-starter, able to work independently but also lend yourself to your team where required.
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks, balance demanding workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Well presented with a personable and approachable manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in search, marketing and social media would be advantageous
