Our friendly amp; diverse hospitality team is now looking for strong communicators, who possess proven excellence in customer service to serve our customers both on the floor (food amp; wine experiences) or online.

We engage with customers not only when they visit our brand home, but also through our Wine Club, online boutique and when they contact us online. Working in this team will require you to diligently respond to all incoming customer service inquires or bookings (by phone or email) using our brand tone, as well as support our Wine Club Manager in administration of customer subscriptions in our CRM amp; online order after-sales. You will need strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Our wine specialists and kitchen team combine to produce engaging experiences for our customers when they visit. Working in the front-of-house team across our dining spaces, you will use your impeccable wait service skills to deliver a memorable food amp; wine experience at CHANDON.

We will offer you training in luxury service, sales and wine knowledge. You will join a friendly, social team defined by excellence and receive a competitive hourly rate, beautiful work location and day-only shifts.
