Carter has joined WOONGDOODY (powered by Infosys), an Human Experience Agency enhancing our ability in creating solutions for our extraordinary partner, collaborators and friends.

We are looking to bolster our Melbourne team with a skilled and motivated Experience Designer.
We’re known as some of the most talented, creative thinkers in the industry - passionate about what we do, understanding our clients, people’s needs, problems and executing innovative design directions to deliver impactful solutions.
You are
- A passionate and driven digital designer,
- Collaborative, positive, proactive problem solver, all about the people,
- A good communicator when ideating - reporting, written, verbal and visual ideas,
- Always pushing yourself and those around you to create quality work,
- Able to follow an experience approach and translate into a creative output,
- Attentive to detail (that one pixel off triggers you, doesn’t it?),
- Experienced. It’s not all about the numbers, but you’ve been working on small and large interactive projects for web and other digital media for years of industry knowledge.
Requirements
You do
- You’re looking for the opportunity to pursue your interests and where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are,
- The ability to bring your ideas to life conception to final deliverables,
- You’re confident with digital principles and standards across platforms and devices,
- You’re organised, show up on time, self motivated and take deadlines seriously,
- Presenting research and design is second nature, and can confidently engage stakeholders and build on partnerships,
- Skilled in creation, executions and documentation of UX interviews, user testing, and analysis of your findings,
- Ideate and co-design with peers and clients in a positive and collaborative manner,
- You have experience in both Agile and Waterfall approach, and are able to help facilitate design sprints, workshops and presentations,
- Not afraid to be yourself and voice your opinion when it matters.
