About the Role
Our continual expansion in the industry means that we have an exciting pipeline lined up, opening the door to work with the latest of network technologies and delivering best of breed solutions. You will get to work alongside an amazing network team who facilitate the design, delivery and support of various network solutions across both government and corporate environments.
You’ll work with a team of passionate, innovative and dedicated people who focus on getting the job done whilst delivering the latest network solutions to our clients. The role is fulltime with rostered on-call and only open to those that have Australian work rights.
About you
You thrive in an environment where you are empowered to take initiative and ownership of tasks, as well as being innovative. You’ll be comfortable working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical people and have the right attitude towards learning new things.
With regards to experience, we are looking for people who have:
- Understanding of ITIL principles
- Sound documentation skills
- Routing and switching experience in large corporate/service provider Networks
- Troubleshooting skills
It would be great if you have additional experience in any of the following areas:
- Wireless control systems
- IP Telephony (Cisco Call Manager and/or Oracle Acme Packet)
- Firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet amp; Palo Alto)
- Wholesale Telco procurement and support (NBN, MPLS)
