About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to lead a small team of sales support staff. You will be provided ongoing support, training and development to be successful in the role, all within a flexible working environment.

The role of the Inside Sales team is to:

  • identify and follow up on lead generation and booking meetings for the sales team
  • support the sales team with quote preparation on hardware, software, services and managed services
  • liaise directly with clients, vendors and distributors, with a strong focus on customer service, responsiveness and price negotiations
  • process purchase orders, receive deliveries, manage logistics

As the Team Leader, you will:

  • provide direction, leadership and coaching to enable the team to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals
  • guide and assist the Inside Sales team in booking meetings with prospective new customers
  • create a culture of continuous innovation ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • review existing systems and processes, identify improvements and streamlining opportunities and execute change

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Leader or similar
  • experience managing an Inside Sales team with the function of booking meetings and generating leads
  • excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • desire to innovate, improve and lead
