The preference is the role will be based in Brisbane however other regions will be considered for the right candidate.

This is a key management position and is responsible for all operational aspects of our Fumigation division. Reporting directly to the Business Manager Fumigation and supporting a team of approximately 26 people across the country you will be responsible for the following outcomes:

  • Leading a safety culture
  • Proactively manage service delivery to consistently meet customer contractual expectations to positively impact client retention and growth
  • Developing, leading and managing a first class operations and service support team
  • Delivery of the operational plan
  • Supporting the effective management of our people, Pamp;L, operational measures, and leave targets
  • Driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement to work smarter not harder


Requirements

For Brilliant Execution you will need:

  • Pest Control Licence or Fumigation Licence / Experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record in building a safety culture
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Communication and Key Account Experience in dealing with Government and regulatory bodies
  • Strong operational principles and experience managing logistics and scheduling systems
  • Engaging leader with experience in coaching and developing team members with the willingness to be a 'hands on' leader where required
  • Ability to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change, completing priorities and work demands
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen to manage budgets and costs
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets, KPI's and cost efficiencies
  • The ability to positively challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement
