About the Role

As the Account Coordinator B2B Sales you will work closely with the General Manager to manage the relationship with all key retail accounts (MECCA, Sephora, David Jones, Adorebeauty) and distributors, driving wholesale sell-in with trade marketing support to drive THG Beauty Brands market share in Australia and New Zealand. You will work on: building and executing Joint Business Plan’s with all accounts; achievement of wholesale sell-in and retail sell-out targets and sales reporting; providing trade marketing support including disruptive impactful new product launches; category management with pricing, ranging; inventory management with accurate sku forecasting and demand planning; facilitating all day-to-day administrative tasks, account management servicing and support to all B2B retail partners, distributors and internally to THG commercial, brand and functional teams.

Responsibilities

Account Management (70%)

- Communicate effectively with management and clients, maintain existing relationships, helping create and build new client relationships

- Produce, review, analyse sales reports for sell-in and sell-out by brand, by retailer, by SKU

- Build and execute joint sales and trade marketing activation plans with all accounts, aligned with Brand Plans

- Monitor retailer websites to ensure assets are up to date, campaigns executed, advise OOS and secure replen

- Take the lead organizing and producing sales, trade marketing, campaigns and launch presentations per retailer

- Track, monitor and ensure delivery and execution of all marketing activities, reporting ROI.

- Work with retailers and THG Supply Chain to communicate timely accurate SKU/sample/GWP/NPD forecasts meeting all demand planning submissions and ad hoc requests.

- Work with Operations to communicate and ensure accuracy of purchase orders, order acknolegements, alert out-of-stocks and any ship-window adjustments to sales and/or customers

- Collaborate with Operations to monitor open orders to ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled and prioritize as needed

Manage administrative tasks (30%)

- Maintain client database by inputting retail partner info

- Complete all new product set-up forms (NLF’s) and NPD launch forms as needed

- Update SKU chart to keep up-to-date

- Help the General Manager with various ad-hoc projects as needed

- Assist team with general office tasks as needed
