An exciting opportunity has come up for someone to join the awesome Implementations team. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers as they navigate through the implementation stages of Phocas within their environment. In every interaction we attempt to provide our customers with a 'wow that was amazing' experience by placing an emphasis on customer happiness, communication and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate client stakeholder meetings: outline the scope, goals, resource needs, and address the customer's technical concerns/needs
- Successfully and effectively manage the implementation process, taking full responsibility for delivery of product(s)
- Set up initial operating environments
- Create Phocas databases
- Assist with data extraction and requirements
- Customer training
- Efficiently manage the customer and internal company resources to meet all established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates are achieved using internal project management tools
- Mitigate project risks and issues, address challenges and escalate to appropriate parties where required
- Preparation and delivery of end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption
- Identify opportunities for increasing ongoing revenue through up-selling and consulting during conversations
- Document processes and procedures, and updating knowledge databases
- Stay current with Phocas software, system information, new features/enhancements and product offerings
- Collaboratively work with other Phocas teams to provide insights on future product enhancements and challenges to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
This role could be located at any of our AUS offices.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a technical delivery role
- Practical hands on experience working with SQL particularly MS SQL Server 2005 2012 Set-up amp; configuration and T-SQL (Views, Stored Procedures)
- Has worked remotely (via VPN/RDP, etc.) on client sites
- Demonstrate proven software implementation experience including across multiple sites and platforms including Web deployment
- Proven client/project management experience
Desirable
- Deployment amp; Configuration of MS Packages such as SQL Server amp; IIS
- Exposure to .Net or vbScript
- Familiar with ETL Processes
- Any exposure to common ERP systems (Eclipse, MS Dynamics, SAP Business One)
