What you’ll be doing
As the Head of Merchandise Planning you’ll be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Merchandise Planning function, as-well as building and leading an amazing team who oversee all financial and merchandise planning activities for all product categories across Catch.
You’ll guide the planning function and team in the analysis of sales trends, gross margin and inventory health, and partner with the Buying, Allocation and Business Process teams to identify business opportunities and risks to sales and margin.
