Customer Service Representative

Our team is undergoing a major transformation and growth period. We are looking for a passionate customer service representative to join our Melbourne-based team.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experience.

Requirements

Your Role:

  • Greet customers warmly and deliver an exceptionally positive experience
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, and web-chat
  • Collaborate with your customer service team to improve customer service strategy through reports and creative ideas
  • Act as the customer’s voice by providing input to the Product and Marketing teams
  • Assist with the ongoing delivery of our compliance requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years working in a customer service role
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a startup environment
  • You’re a people person and love helping others
  • You’re a quick thinker with a focus on constant improvement
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to empathise with angry or frustrated customers
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot
  • Proven experience working with knowledge management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
