Customer Service Representative

Requirements
Your Role:
- Greet customers warmly and deliver an exceptionally positive experience
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, and web-chat
- Collaborate with your customer service team to improve customer service strategy through reports and creative ideas
- Act as the customer’s voice by providing input to the Product and Marketing teams
- Assist with the ongoing delivery of our compliance requirements
Your Qualifications:
- 1-3 years working in a customer service role
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a startup environment
- You’re a people person and love helping others
- You’re a quick thinker with a focus on constant improvement
- Attention to detail
- Ability to empathise with angry or frustrated customers
- Ability to research and troubleshoot
- Proven experience working with knowledge management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
