Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join the HR team at the Superpit operation in Kalgoorlie, on a 12 month fixed term basis.
This residential opportunity is set on a 5:2/4:3 Roster, working 9.5 hour days.
The Recruitment Officer will participate in the attraction, recruitment and selection function to ensure that the support and services provide maximum recruitment to fit and are delivered in a timely manner, maintaining budgeted resourcing in all areas of the operation, alongside identifying and influencing opportunities in support of KCGM’s Inclusion and Diversity strategy.
Additionally this position provides input and assistance for other business processes and commercial systems as required for Human Resources.
