About the Role

We are currently looking for a HR superstar to join our innovative and energising team as a Human Resource Advisor supporting the Journey Beyond Eureka, Outback Spirit and Cruise Sydney businesses 4 days a week. This role requires a dynamic professional that will partner with the business to provide exceptional HR support, guidance and leadership.

Your role will also include supporting and assisting with;

  • Partner with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns
  • Drive people and talent development
  • Establish strategies select and retain diverse talent
  • Collaborate with business leaders on business goals and develop initiatives and tactics
  • Coach and counsel on human resources and employee relations matters
  • Communicate and consult on all areas of human resource
  • Delivery of key projects and managing the day to day HR operations of the businesses.

About You

You will be a savvy, smart and commercial professional with considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions that will enable our businesses to deliver on key commercial drivers. You are:

  • an agent for change
  • well versed in high performing team theories and methodologies
  • an HR generalist or operational background with the ability to work in a fast paced, outcome focused environment
  • business savvy with strong financial acumen
  • experienced in developing attraction and retention strategies
  • experienced in talent management and succession planning
  • experienced in developing programs to engage, motivate and improve performance
