Your Career: As the Sales Operations and Distribution Manager of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.
The Role: The Sales Operations and Distribution Manager is responsible for development of sales operations processes to improve business sales performance across all product channels. Establish a reliable suite of market intelligence amp; volume forecast analysis. Design amp; manage best practice inventory management processes to ensure the company’s working capital is optimised to meet sales demand. Ensure financial budgets are achieved through sound model amp; channel mix planning amp; execution. Define, implement the strategy to manage the transport of the finished vehicle from the production plant to the end user across Australia amp; New Zealand

For the Sales Operations and Distribution Manager we are looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry in region (Australia and New Zealand)
- Experience in managing logistic, distribution and fleet operations strategy
- Financial and KPI reporting
- Great team player, proven ability to influence across functional teams and region.
- Global market experience is desirable but not essential
