We are looking for a highly experienced C-Level Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support to the CEO/Founder of MyDeal. You will work on a one-to-one basis to manage all aspects of the CEO's demanding and fast paced schedule related to working life and communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant and have previously supported at C-Suite level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload on a daily basis
- High-level verbal and written communications skills
