Implementations Coordinator/Remote Consultant
LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud-based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. We employ more than 300 people, have offices in Australia, the UK and the US with more than 11,000 law firms using our software worldwide.

Our Implementations team help our new and existing clients transition from their current practice management software to LEAP. As an Implementations Coordinator, you will work closely with our Implementations Manager, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to ensure a smooth installation and training process for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with our Partner Network including updating the Network when necessary, running training sessions and onboarding new Partners
- Proactively liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of LEAP including following up of requirements
- Perform remote installations of LEAP software including installation, configuration, training and general support
- Monitor the Implementations Queue in SalesForce and action
- Monitor the Implementations Inbox and action
- Create and maintain documentation and training delivery processes
- Identify training and development needs of clients
- Develop implementation and training delivery plans
- Understand and implement complementary third-party applications, where applicable

Requirements
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE DONE BEFORE JOINING US
- 2+ years’ experience in a law firm or legal accounting role
- Proven ability to problem-solve
- Competent with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Experience using LEAP (v10 or cloud) (desired, but not essential)
